Returns

We are confident that you (and your collection) will be happy with your Quiva Surfboard Rack. In the unlikely event that you're are not satisfied:
1. Firstly shoot us an email at thecrew@quiva.com.au with with your enquiry.


2. We allow 30 days from the date of order for a return request to be submitted. We may accept a return within this time frame on the conditions that the product is complete and in its originally shipped/unused state, along with the original packaging. We review the returned items condition before making a decision on the return.

3. We require receipts for the goods that you are returning.

4. Once approved we will arrange a replacement of your product with another of the same make/model.

5. Refunds are not available for returned products.

6. We do not cover shipping costs in the exchange of products.

We are not responsible for lost items and recommend registered postal services or couriers when shipping your return.

Custom Orders
Orders that are customized are not eligible for returns. This includes but is not limited to custom branded products, bulk orders or product variations of any type.


Warranty Claim
Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. If the goods cannot be repaired, you may be eligible for a replacement. Refunds are not granted on warranty claims as the goods have been used. Rubber components are not covered by warranty as they will compress and stretch with normal use overtime.

Inspect your purchase within 7 days of receiving it and check for defects prior to use, so we can arrange a replacement and not a warranty claim.

We do not cover or refund associated shipping costs with warranty claims.

ACCC Warranties Against Defect
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage within a reasonable time frame from purchase. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced at our choice if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
